Currently based in Abu Dhabi, Ralph has spent most of his career in senior operational, executive
leadership and consulting roles working across six continents.

As a CEO he led the transformation of Australia’s leading primary care network by appointing a new

leadership team that delivered the following over a four-year period:

  • Reduced core debt by over 90%
  • Restructured the property portfolio to improve capital efficiency by over 50%
  • Reduced corporate overheads by over 60% and operating expenses by over 30%
  • Restored the company’s hospitals to profitability before successfully divesting them;
  • Implemented a major health informatics system on time and to budget;
  • Successfully acquired and integrated the third largest primary care operator delivering a payback in only 18 months.

As a consultant and trusted advisor, Ralph has been engaged in several high-profile, complex change assignments including:

  • Advising the inaugural Commander of the newly formed Joint Health Command of the Australian Defence Force on integration and value enhancement programs.
  • Advising the Board and CEO of Metro North Hospitals and Health Services on several strategic change initiatives.
  • Working with Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Trust on the development and implementation of strategies that remedied the significant prior breaches of the Trust’s terms of authorisation.
  • Advising a private equity group on a variety of healthcare acquisitions.
  • Advising various Government organisations on integrated strategies to improve the cost, quality, and safety of healthcare.

Ralph brings a unique perspective to healthcare through multiple lenses shaped by extensive personal experience and postgraduate research and qualifications in Mega Project Management and Change Leadership from Europe’s leading universities.

He integrates practical and theoretical perspectives of integrated service design and delivery with risk reduction, operations management and enhanced digital capabilities to improve clinician effectiveness and ‘whole of system’ improvements.

Currently based in Australia, Keith has wide and varied experience gained across public health systems in both Australia (Queensland) and England (NHS), as a senior clinician, a tertiary teaching hospital CEO in both jurisdictions, and a national health service executive.

As CEO of Metro North Hospital and Health Service, Australia’s largest HHS, he oversaw the design, implementation and embedding of a sustainable platform based on complex system dynamics, which now sees Metro North as one of the best performing health services in the country with staffing of c15,000 people and a budget of AUS$3.3 billion.

As CEO at Cambridge University Hospitals (CUH), he led the turnaround from ‘special measures’ and the implementation of the Epic EHR, until very recently, the largest single IT implementation project in the history of the NHS.

The project was delivered on time and on budget and has provided a legacy for not only the hospital but for the biotechnology and economic powerhouse that is the Cambridge Biomedical Campus which contributes over £14bn annually to UK PLC. CUH was named as one of the top 50 digital hospitals in the world (the first outside the US to receive that accolade) and is the first hospital in the UK to achieve HIMSS stage 7 accreditation for excellence in digital healthcare.

Most recently, and again across the 2 countries, Keith moved into the clinical information space, working on the strategic and operational delivery of effective information management solutions to complement and aid the healthcare transformation initiative that is so critical to the sustainability of healthcare delivery into the 21st century.

At the UK NHS, he was Chair of the National Information Board, SRO for the £4.8 billion “Personalized Health & Care 2020” IT program and oversaw the development of the informatics blueprints for the 100,000 Genome Project and the Industrial Life Sciences Initiative.

As national (England) CCIO, he instigated the Global Digital Exemplar program, establishing the NHS Digital Academy and sponsored the crafting of separate Consumer and Clinician digital charters, to guide future digital investment and development opportunities. He also led the review into the digital future of Public Health England, published on the NHS website as the eponymously named “McNeil Report”.

In Queensland, as CCIO, he established a clinically focused integrated electronic medical record program and developed firm clinical and consumer engagement and leadership of the strategic direction of all digital transformation efforts. Currently Queensland, under Keith’s sponsorship, is leading the discussion regarding data and information flows at a national level and leveraging the learnings from the COVID-19 responses across the country.

Currently based in the USA, Farhad has over 25 years of technical and business experience with a particular focus on artificial intelligence in the context of healthcare automation, precision medicine, pharmacogenomics, and population health studies.

He has successfully created two profitable start-up software companies (Monet Technologies and Cloud 9 Software) in healthcare for Asia Pacific emerging markets, made them the dominant solutions in the Australian corporate sector, and merged them into publicly traded companies in Australia, IBA Health Limited (ASX: IBA) and Telstra (ASX: TLS).

As a Chief Architect he has successfully developed an enterprise AI backbone to support intelligent autonomous data driven solutions. Successful projects include:

  • Developing a cloud based, big data health informatics platform based on FHIR standards and best of breed technologies.
  • Providing leadership and strategic direction for the future of medicine at the intersection of machine learning and genomics.
  • Designing and implementing machine learning predictive models to feedback real-time insights for practitioners at the point-of-care as well as population health studies such as clinical quality report measures and disease surveillance mechanism for public health and stakeholders.

DOH and 30+ accommodation facilities, Mohammed has developed a Service Delivery Methodology
that focuses on efficiency in service delivery, commitment to quality healthcare management plans and
a stimulating ambience for the client’s brand promotion.

From clinicians screening, selection and administration to AD Hoc missions and special events support,
Mohammad has ensured active involvement in his core services to the health care besides third party
and service provider management and performance metrics management.

Mohammed has successfully delivered the exclusive Sports, Fitness and Wellbeing Hub at Dubai Expo
2022 on time as well, to budget and exceeded stakeholder expectations by managing project
